Peter West - Extension 702

No stranger to the business, Peter has been a Realtor since 1984. He is licensed in MA, NY, VT & FL. He currently holds the ABR, AHWD, CRS, GRI, SRES, SFR residential designations as well as the CCIM and SEC commercial designations.

Peter has worked in many areas of real estate including residential, land, and commercial sales. He has also worked as an appraiser and a mortgage lender. Combining these talents, he is a popular speaker at real estate events all over North America. He is a former National Sales Trainer for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation.

In 2007 Peter was inducted into the Buyers Agent Hall of Fame of the National Association of Realtors.

He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Adams Zoning Board of Appeals as well as a member of the Board of Directors at BFAIR, of which he is the past Chairman of the Board.

Corey Bishop - Extension 701

After switching gears from owning an auto detailing and reconditioning business, Corey became a Realtor in 1997. He is currently licensed in MA and VT. He currently holds the ABR, AHWD, CRS, SFR and GRI residential designations as well as the SEC commercial designation. He is also a licensed Construction Supervisor in MA and Home Inprovement Contractror.

While working in residential real estate, Corey has branched out and now works with land clients as well as commercial and investment clients. Corey has been involved with real estate training and now heads up the companies training department as well.

He currently serves on the Adams Conservation Commission and is the past President of the North Adams Rotary Club.

Barb Scace - Extension 704

Barb is a native of Berkshire County, attending schools here and working here her entire life. She currently resides in Pittsfield with her husband Dan, two dogs and two cats.

During her career, she has worked as a paralegal, specializing in real estate closings. This valuable knowledge and experience is extremely helpful in seeing transactions from start to finish.

Barb has been a full time Realtor since 2006. She truly loves what she does and is very confident in her ability to think creatively and outside the box to accomplish her clients goals and objectives. A consistent top producer, Barb has clients return to her to use her services.

Barb is a member of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

During Barb’s free time, she enjoys attending car shows with her two street rod pick up trucks, volunteering at the animal shelter and follows NASCAR.

Marci Levesque - Extension 703

A life long resident of the Berkshires County, Marci now resides in Clarksburg and has been licensed to sell Real Estate since 2014. Marci has been involved with many levels of business and customer service leading up to her full time career in Real Estate. She currently enjoys working with buyers and seller and strives to provide them with the highest level of professionalism and service. When not selling Real Estate Marci enjoys spending her time with family and friends and is always looking for a way she can help out in the community. Christy J Martino - Extension 707

The Berkshires has always been her home, specifically Lenox. Christy enjoys all of the seasonal variety that the Northeast has to offer. She was licensed as a sales associate in 2005 and obtained her Broker’s license in 2011. She served a two-year term on the Berkshire Board of Realtors as a director. Christy strives to increase her real estate knowledge by earning specific designations in the more specialized areas. She currently holds the following designations: ABR, GREEN, MRP and SFR.

Christy enjoys meeting new people and helping them accomplish their real estate goals whether that is selling their home or buying a new one. She understands the emotional ties sellers have to their homes and anxieties new buyers may have. Christy works in a professional and ethical way to accomplish a stress-free transaction whether it be a sale or a purchase of a home. She will do her best to assist you throughout the entire process. Christy has partnered with Rose Schnopp to work as a team in accomplishing real estate transactions. They complement each other in a positive way. Rose Schnopp - Extension 708

Rose is a lifetime resident of Berkshire County. Having worked as a manager for CVS for many years she has acquired outstanding financial customer service skills, which she now applies to Real Estate.

She has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and she holds residential designations ABR and SFR.

She is loyal, honest, and hard working and will diligently monitor each transaction from beginning to end. She enjoys very much working with buyers and sellers.

Rose is married and has two daughters and five grandchildren. She is a sports enthusiast and enjoys attending her grandchildren’s games.

Linda Morelli - Extension 712

Linda Morelli began her career in 1998 at Berkshire Community College (BCC) as an Administrative Assistant in the Community Engagement, Education and Workforce Development Office, where she is now the Director of Community Education.

Prior to joining BCC, Linda was a Derivatives Compliance Assistant at the former Scudder, Stevens & Clark Investment Firm in Boston, MA. She also taught English as a second Language at Inlingua School of Languages in Marcq En Barouel, France.

She holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Careers from Berkshire Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Adams State College.

Linda currently serves on the membership board for the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Berkshire County (NAMI) and volunteers for numerous events in the community. She has one daughter and resides in Pittsfield.

Jesse Dimitropolis

Jesse Dimitropolis is a Berkshire County native who has been a Real Estate Agent since 2009. Jesse’s desire to make people happy and satisfy their needs led him to this profession. Jesse discovered his passion for a career in Real Estate and will continue to learn, educate and gain experience to increase his knowledge in order to serve his clients in the most professional manner.

Tammy Christen grew up in East Greenbush , New York and has had a long time love for the Berkshires. She has an extensive background in customer service, including Restaurant Management, Event Planning and Sales. Her passion for the real estate industry inspired her to take the steps necessary to pursue a career as a Real Estate Salesperson.

As a Realtor, understanding her clients’ needs and surpassing their expectations by being responsive, communicating effectively, negotiating for results, and handling transactions seamlessly is her commitment to you.

Tammy lives in Cheshire with her partner Jim and her two teenage sons. She is an outdoor enthusiast who loves beaches, boating and biking. She also spends much of her free time flying with Jim, who has his private pilots license.

Sheryl Morehouse - Extension 719

Raised in Pittsfield and currently living in Stamford VT, Sheryl’s interest in Real Estate started when she purchased her first duplex in 1977. Over the years she has purchased, sold and managed her homes and rental properties in MA and FL.

Having been employed at several Berkshire County banking institutions, a local utility company and most recently as an HR Assistant at the corporate office of Inland Management in Williamstown, Sheryl values the importance of providing exceptional client care.

Currently residing in S. VT with husband Bill, granddaughter DyLynn and her black lab Odin Sheryl’s outside passion is golfing and boating with her family and friends.

Brenda Durant - Extension 718

Brenda was born and raised in Berkshire County. She lived in Ft Lauderdale FL where she held a real estate license and worked for a developer in Palm Beach County on Singer Island. Currently, she lives in Pittsfield with her son Aidan and boyfriend Dan O’Brien. Brenda assists Dan at his longtime business, O’Brien’s Market of Lenox, MA.

Prior to her real estate career, Brenda was the Director of Residential Services for Valleyhead School of Lenox for 11 years, a privately owned treatment facility. Brenda has always been drawn to working to help people in our community. She and her family currently participate in a shared living program through Nonotuck Resources, Inc. Brenda and her family have shared have shared their home with a disabled adult for over 10 years as a foster care provider.

Brenda enjoys helping buyers and sellers make their dreams come true. She has experience as a buyers representative and sellers agent. She has experience working with multifamily properties and tenants, as well as navigating short sales and foreclosures. She would love to help you with your homeownership needs.

As a retired high school science teacher, I am a life-long learner. Being a real estate agent allows me to enjoy interacting with prospective buyers and seller and to experience a new career. As an Adams native and 35-year homeowner, my knowledge of the area is extensive.

I am an energetic, fun-loving lady who loves to travel this country and internationally. I have coached swimming at both the local and national level and look forward to “coaching” home buyers and sellers in making their important buying and selling decisions stress-free.
